Oliver Nelson(올리버넬슨)은 스웨덴 출신 DJ로 굳이 장르를 따지자면 Nu Disco이다. 누디스코는 New와 Disco의 합성어로 70-80년대 Disco 장르를 요즘 트렌드에 맞게 EDM과 결합하여 새롭게 탄생시킨 음악 장르이다. 누디스코라고 전부 그런건 아니지만, 올리버 넬슨의 음악을 듣다보면 특유의 무언가 말로 표현하기 애매한 세련함을 느낄 수 있다.
올리버 넬슨 본인 곡도 다수 있지만, 특히 재야에 묻혀있는 약간은 아쉽고 촌스러운 곡을 넬슨만의 스타일로 세련미 한스푼 첨가해 내놓기로 유명하다.
